Paint Spray Application

We specialize in engineering, building, and installing complete paint lines, encompassing conveyors and booths. Our robotic paint spray process employs robots for precise paint and coating application on surfaces.

We design systems and equipment layouts to ensure controlled spraying with overlapping passes. Vision or laser technology may be used for part location, barcode scanning or quality control checks. We specialize in engineering, building, and installing complete paint lines, encompassing conveyors and booths. Additionally, we offer automation solutions for pre- and post-painting processes.

High Mix, High Volume Paint Spray System

This robotic liquid paint system incorporates Fanuc P-40 robots, Graco ProBell 2 equipment, and a custom RTSS 2D part scanning system. This system automatically adjusts robotic path programming to accommodate varying parts loaded on racks. As a result, our customer has achieved substantial paint savings while experiencing improvements in both quality and throughput.

Polyurea Spray System

This robotic polyurea spray application system features the Fanuc M-710iC/10L robot, Graco HFR dispensing unit, linear shuttle with a 7th axis turntable, as well as fluid distribution, controls, and safety equipment. It shuttles aluminum parts into the booth and coordinates with the robot to ensure precise spray coverage. This design aims to enhance finished product quality, reduce material consumption, and create a safer working environment for operators.

Paint Spray System

This robotic spray system employs a Fanuc robot and a spray applicator to paint sheet metal parts. The process involves conveying the part into the booth and robotically spraying the part. Thanks to the robot's dexterity, it can effectively reach the inside and corners of the part, ensuring optimal paint coverage for a high-quality finish.

Full Turnkey Paint Spray System

RTSS designed, constructed, and implemented a completely integrated system for automating a paint spray process. This system features a stationary robot mounted on a 7th axis turntable with two part stations. While the robot sprays one part, the other station allows for manual unloading and reloading. Thanks to this turnkey solution, our customer achieved a significant increase in throughput.
